About CTET Exam
The Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) is a national-level examination conducted across India for candidates aspiring to become teachers in government and private schools. Essentially, it serves as one of the key entrance tests organized by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) to recruit qualified teachers for Classes I to VIII in schools under the central and state governments.
Typically, the CTET exam is conducted twice a year, in July and December. However, this year, the CBSE has not held the examination in either of these sessions. As a result, many teaching aspirants have been eagerly waiting for the next official update.
Meanwhile, the Ministry of Human Resource Development (HRD), Government of India, has entrusted the CBSE, Delhi, with the responsibility of conducting the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) on behalf of the government.
